Rolando has dedicated over 30 years to advocating for the chronically mentally ill. His
expertise in securing stable placements, medication management, and mental health
services has transformed Andrade Care Homes into a leading provider in multiple counties.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in compassion and advocacy, ensuring that every
resident receives the care and attention they need to live a fulfilling life.

As the Administrator of Mar-Ric Care Home, Marissa ensures that all Andrade Care Homes
locations maintain compliance with state and local laws. She oversees daily operations, staff
training, and regulatory adherence, ensuring that every resident receives the best possible
care. With a passion for reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness, Marissa is
dedicated to educating communities and fostering a culture of acceptance and support.
Co-Founder & Administrator
Jaime oversees financial operations, HR management, and multi-location staff coordination,
ensuring that Andrade Care Homes continues to operate efficiently and expand
strategically. With 25 years of management experience, he specializes in optimizing
workflows and maintaining fiscal responsibility while keeping resident care at the forefront.

With a background in customer relations and care coordination, Michael has been part of
Andrade Care Homes since 2009. His hands-on experience in direct caregiving and facility
management ensures that residents receive compassionate, person-centered care. He is
instrumental in maintaining high standards in daily operations and staff development.
Administrator of Adena Care Home
Taylor works directly with county officials and caseworkers to ensure smooth transitions
for residents. From intake procedures to personalized care plans, she plays a vital role in
assisting residents in adjusting to their new home. Taylor’s experience in mental health
services and social work allows her to advocate for residents and ensure they receive the
necessary support to succeed.
